Privacy notice

When you send a request, the details you provide (name, contact, travel plans and notes) are used only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and, if you approve it, arrange your booking. To complete a booking they are shared with the hotels and suppliers involved. Your data is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

You can ask at any time for your data to be corrected or deleted by writing to the email address shown on the Contact page.

Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. Your browser stores only what the site needs: the chosen language, the sound setting and, while you use the assistant or fill in a request, a temporary chat and form draft. If you click Accept in the cookie notice, we also count your visit (page, language, country or city and the source you came from) and send the owner a notification; this uses no cookies and does not identify you. If you choose Only necessary, no visit is counted. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

The controller of your data is Adriatic Consulting d.o.o. (company details above). Your details may be processed by service providers that help us run the website and reply to you: web hosting (Netlify), the AI assistant (Anthropic or Groq; the assistant may search the internet to answer you) and messaging services (Telegram, ntfy, email) through which we receive your requests, chat messages and a short notice when someone opens the site (approximate country, page, language; no IP address is stored by us). We keep requests only as long as needed to reply, arrange the booking and meet legal obligations.

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Your browser stores only your choices (language, sound) and, during a visit, your chat history. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (such as the IP address) for security.

The chat assistant is an AI. It can make mistakes, and its answers are not an offer or a booking. Please do not enter payment card numbers, passwords, passport numbers or health details. Messages you write in the chat are processed by the AI provider to produce answers.

Booking terms

A proposal is not a booking. A booking is made once you approve a proposal and the payment instructions have been followed. Each rate has its own cancellation, change and payment conditions, which are stated in the proposal before you decide.

Services are provided by Adriatic Consulting d.o.o., Podgorica, Montenegro, a licensed travel agency trading as The Yacht.

Cancellation, change and refund terms depend on the rate and are stated in your proposal before you decide. If you are not satisfied, write to info@thehotels.me and we will respond to your complaint.
